Ran organic social for Tom Steyer's campaign to impeach Donald Trump, as well as Tom's personal Twitter account. Wrote video scripts & occasionally served as on-camera talent (never figured out what to do with my hands, though). Managed small ads budget.

Served as Postmates' entire organic social marketing team. Worked XFN with design, photography, influencer partnerships, merchant partnerships, comms, social care, and more. Coordinated with influencers and partner brands on social content & promotions.

One time Chrissy Teigen ordered four limes and her Postmate delivered 4 pounds of limes. That was a whole thing.

Wrote the first Roast™️ from the brand. I'm sorry or you're welcome.

First in-house social hire at the company. Community manager (& de-facto social care) for a couple of years. Worked with agency partner (VML) and brand marketing on always-on and campaign creative. Provided social strategy and guidance to franchisees and local marketing agencies. Crisis comms. Implemented social tooling at the organization & franchise level, and helped integrate customer care center with social marketing.
