Hi, I'm Ana! :)

I am a MBA in Marketing through the University of São Paulo (USP) and have a bachelor in Business with International Trade Studies Certificate acquired at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP - Limeira). 

Currently, I develop new businesses focused on biofuels and renewable energy, guiding innovation ideas and projects through the innovation funnel. My daily activities include market research, interviews on and off-site with potential customers, determination of TAM, SAM, SOM, SWOT and PESTEL analysis, BMC, VPC and many other innovation tools. All of this is done through an agile methodology, using User Experience (UX) principles and Design Thinking. Recently, I became an UX Trainer within the Bosch Corporate University. 

I have already been responsible for the Customer Experience department at a startup, went to Germany to work with User Experience and Brand Management for Bosch Home Appliances and taught English.
