My deep experience in executive coaching, change management, strategic development, managerial leadership, operational excellence, and executive education is a solid foundation for helping people succeed. Having built successful strategic partnerships in healthcare and consumer products industries, academia and entrepreneurial start-ups, I am blessed to co-found and manage a business with my husband. As co-founder of Imprint Talent Readiness, I serve as a Certified Partner of The Predictive Index® and Line-Of-Sight. We’re authorized to sell, service and train on The Predictive Index® suite of assessments and management workshops. In addition, I am a Vistage Chair. I facilitate peer advisory group meetings where members work together to become strong leaders and solve difficult challenges while growing their businesses. I ask thoughtful questions designed to clarify issues and stimulate innovative ideas for solutions. Outside of work, exercise is an important part of my life. I was thrilled to complete a Marine Corps marathon.
