Promoted to lead digital transformation across the entire group, including Creative Zone and Set Hub. I work on streamlining operations, automating processes, and connecting teams through smarter digital systems — all the way from sales to onboarding, compliance, finance, and operations.

I designed and led the full shift from our old ERP to a fully custom system built on Zoho. I manage workflows, system rollouts, and team training, making sure our tech works for the people using it. A big part of my role is turning manual, messy processes into smooth, automated ones that scale with the business.

Monitored this progress by preparation and analysis of various reports. 
Mapped out and documented all processes for standardization and training purposes. Ensured all team members had smooth processes and efficient means of achieving their targets.

Demand Generation Team Leader

Formed a brand new team dedicated to handling and bringing up to date a large backlog of neglected stock. Interviewed, recruited, trained and onboarded brilliant individuals who performed with immense efficiency and quality to produce exceptional results. Created the process and implemented the strategy to organize and retrieve and maximize the value from this stock. Implemented in-team quality control and stock distribution and management processes for the team to perform at it’s highest efficiency and success rate. Assisted in the digitizing of the process from completely paper-based process to almost paperless. Led new starters to achieve their targets and commission within their first months and to maintain and improve on these KPI’s going forward. Continuously provided training and group discussions to cooperate on best practices and strategies to sustainably grow and improve our records and operations. Prepared, analyzed and drew insights from reports for the team, management, clients and branches to outline successes, problem areas and room for improvements. 
Challenged ourselves with handling rejected queries from various VAT authorities by correcting the compliance and VAT requirement issues to further retrieve more value for stakeholders. Digitized the legal query process for smooth handing over from one department to another. Held performance reviews to help develop and grow team members to their full potential. Consistently exceeded individual, team and department targets and KPI’s monthly, quarterly and yearly. Successfully and proudly with the team achieved the goal of bringing a bottleneck and backlog of neglected stock up to date effectively and strategized the continuation of the success of the team to contribute to the greater departmental goal.

Team Leader: Reissues - Queries, Netherlands & South Korea

In addition to the executive role, preparing and analyzing reports for various branches, clients and management were fundamental to success. Facilitating processes and improving operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies to enable team members to achieve departmental goals and targets. Training and onboarding new team members and guiding new joiners through the operational process to success. Quality control of invoices to ensure a high quality result and further pursue high performance within the team.

Reissues 2IC

Maintaining the focus on retrieving compliant VAT invoices for the purpose of foreign VAT reclaim, this role shifted from data driven invoices and transactions to physical or paper invoices. Maintaining and building further relationships with suppliers to have physical invoices reissued correctly and compliant from suppliers whilst upholding the highest standard of quality ensuring all VAT requirements and compliance is met. Developed a strategy and process for managing invoice stock and value levels to best maximize profit retrieved from suppliers and minimize losses. Ensuring the operational process runs smoothly from step to step whilst meeting individual and departmental targets and deadlines. Prepared reports on progress and analyzed profits and problems to be discussed with stakeholders.

Reissue Service Executive

Focussed on retrieving compliant invoices from suppliers for the purpose of foreign VAT reclaim. Analysis and organization of data spreadsheets containing invoice and transaction details from which value had to be extracted. 
Fostering relationships with suppliers to efficiently retrieve invoices and maximize VAT value reclaimed for clients and stakeholders. Met and exceeded monthly targets by strategizing best practices to effectively retrieve invoices whilst maximizing volume and value. Prepared basic reports for clients and branches on their respective value successfully retrieved and on areas for attention and support.
Single handedly laid out the foundations for recovering VAT from South Korea, which was an uncharted VAT scheme for VAT reclaim. Uncovered and documented the VAT requirements and strategies for retrieving this value and successfully recovered high VAT value for branches and clients.
