Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Plan and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Support the team by managing admin topics and organising office administration.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

Iberian Office Manager

Since January 2011 - HR Representative and Office Manager Portugal, Spain and Shared Services Centre (110 people), where I developed the following activities:
Administrative management of Human Resources and Industrial Relations in particular within the Recruitment and Selection, Training Management, Health and Safety at Work, Salary Information.
Development and implementation of administrative procedures of Human Resources.
Management of benefits given to Hiscox employees.
Management of the performance evaluation.
Design and implementation of an information system relevant to Human Resources in accordance with the monitoring requirements of the company.
Responsible for contracting suppliers.
Management relationship with central IT and responsible to full implementation of  local changes .
Responsible for the safety and maintenance of the emergency plan.
Start up of the Shared Service Center in Portugal as a Human Resources representative recruiting more than 10 people in Spain and more than 60 people in Portugal

I have a Master's degree in Human Resources and I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

My core competencies include team collaboration, process improvement, employee benefits, payroll management, recruitment, and training. I am responsible for writing clear and concise business reports and memos, planning and executing the onboarding and offboarding of employees, and ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company. I also keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments, and ensure that the operations adhere to policies and regulations. My mission is to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience at moviinn, while supporting the company's vision.
