Senior Product Manager

Product Manager for Global Search, one of Xero’s (ASX: XRO) key everyday platform features. Used daily by our millions of users to help them be more efficient completing their tasks.

Achievements 
Developed and led the execution of a multi-year strategy to transform Xero’s searching experience increasing its breadth and depth of searchable information, and unlocking the search capability to scale with the business. Launched improved Contact search that allowed our customers to find their clients easily, reducing effort, removing friction and increasing customer satisfaction.

Work180 is a rapidly scaling startup offering a DEI-focused jobs board, addressing challenges in search quality and refining its value proposition to achieve product–market fit across Australia, the USA, and the UK.

Key Achievements:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborated with the founders and executive team to define the product’s strategic direction and develop high-impact initiatives tailored for diverse international markets.

• Roadmap Execution: Defined and implemented a comprehensive delivery roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover product opportunities and build innovative, user-centred solutions.

• End-to-End Ownership: Managed the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and definition through to development and launch—ensuring consistent delivery of value for both clients (employers) and end users (job seekers).

Sportsbet

Key Achievements
• Personalisation - Led the delivery and Go-to-Market of Sportsbet’s first Personalisation roadmap which included real-time content customisation. This initiative was recognised with the  Information Visionary award at the IDC Awards, recognising leading A/NZ digitisation. 

• Launch - Successfully managed the launch of five new products. Maintained communication with all impacted areas. Managed to solve conflicting priorities under tight time constraints. Stakeholders reported being consistently informed and involved at all key stages

• Roadmap - crafted and led the delivery of an automation roadmap that delivered increased efficiency and reduced operational costs of several areas by ~13%.

Project Manager (Digital)

Created and managed an agile delivery stream for Quick Wins. I was responsible for the whole life cycle, from ideation through to build, launch and post implementation improvements. The stream provided clear ROI and enabled the company to react and adapt fast as required by the business strategy and changing needs. 

• Gained experience in Scrum Master and Product Owner roles. 

• End to end Product Cycle - Participated in the Product lifecycle for ‘Take a Break’. A feature to provide responsible gambling support for our users. I was responsible for communicating the vision to all teams involved, while I also elicited, documented and managed all Business and functional Requirements.

Led cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical software solutions for the Reserve Bank of Colombia (Banco de la República), overseeing both product discovery and delivery across multiple platforms.

• Product & People Leadership: Led and mentored distributed teams across multiple locations (national and international), ensuring alignment, collaboration, and momentum across complex projects.

• Assisted the firm in prioritising their technology project initiatives based on strategic alignment and business value. 
• Presented recommendations for prioritisation and reported on projects status to the company's C level stakeholders. 
• Launched a product that allowed the firm to reduce 43% of the time needed to complete the clients and matters recording process and a 58% decrease of manual tasks involved.

Heinsohn

• Led a cross-fictional team that looked after the discovery and delivery of a Fintech product. 
• Oversaw the Go to market and adoption of the product for 4 of the principal Banks in Colombia. 
• In charge of defining and prioritising the roadmap and planning iterations in order to deliver product upgrades.

• Drove the definition of a backlog focused on offering digital services to the Taxation office's customers. The services offered included consult procedures, services and file requests. 
• Successfully led the adoption of BABOK practices by the BA team. 
• Assisted the Project Manager maintaining a clear definition of the project's scope. 
• Successfully assessed the impact of change requests and negotiated the required development hours with clients. 
• Defined Business Analysis approach and a BA Management plan. 
• Planning audits and revisions in order to ensure compliance with project’s and company´s Quality Assurance plans.  
• Organizing and facilitating reviews, inspections, and walkthroughs for requirements elicitation and approval.
