With ~ 8 years of experience in L&D, I am passionate about designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that enable organizational change and growth. As a Change Management Consultant at Deloitte, I work with clients across various industries to assess Change Readiness, learning needs, and enable effective change. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in both the banking and the analytics sectors before joining Deloitte USI. In my current and previous roles, I have led several end-to-end e-learning projects, from conceptualization to deployment, using innovative methods such as gamification and experiential learning. I have also facilitated instructor-led training sessions on topics such as collaboration, communication, and GDPR compliance. I have leveraged my skills in training evaluation, collaborative problem solving, and trust-building to ensure the quality and relevance of the learning outcomes. I have also contributed to several internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, such as DEI and serving on the editorial board.
