I have managed API integrations for four projects and created a prioritized backlog with user stories. I documented all the projects, including requirements, workflow charts, and system diagrams, studying systems and specifications.
Polestar is an innovative electric vehicle producer operating worldwide. As a PO at the crossroads of multiple platforms/tools to integrate with the Polestar platform, I was the one to analyze, manage, and support all the API integrations. The integrations included appropriate platforms to support vehicle sales, vehicle inner functionality and communication, customer management, etc. I was actively doing stakeholder management to analyze and prioritize all the required integrations, make them actionable backlog items, and develop with the team. I also supported the CC team and account managers in solving all the ongoing claims.ent to ensure the best outcome for the product.

1.	Closely collaborate with Senior leadership team to align on product vision and business priorities.
2.	Own the scope of the initiatives from initiation to final release, and post release analysis.
3.	Conduct user research (interviews, surveys) using Jobs to be Done framework, to clearly define 
user needs and develop product based on them.
4.	Create product documentation and collaborate with Community team to present new features in community articles.
5.	Do stakeholder management and synchronize with multiple departments engaged in the initiative, 
ranging from Senior leadership, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Community, Customer support, etc.
6.	Present the initiative scope, its objectives and key results to Senior Leadership team meetings.
7.	Closely work with Agile development team to transfer business requirements into working product.
8.	Manage product backlog, prioritize PBIs, bugs and technical debt.
9.	Conduct LeSS agile ceremonies like refinement, sprint review, big room planning, and backlog readout 
with development team.
10.	Organize the release cycle to meet translation and code freeze and public roll out timeline.

1.	Improve product and generate new feature ideas based on World Best Practice and 
product customer feedbacks review, sales and performance data analysis.
2.	Manage product development lifecycle from initial contracting to launch, post launch 
analysis and improvement.
3.	Communicate, monitor and control work of vendor development teams.
4.	Manage tasks and communication of all engaged departments (legal, finance, marketing, 
sales, customer support, etc.) and actively contribute in their work.
5.	Actively engage in vendor contracting, marketing materials creation, product testing processes.
6.	Create product related documents, particularly training materials, guides, product specification.
7.	Resolve dependencies and any other issues over the development process.
