I like building things - from mission-driven e-commerce experiences to impactful mobile apps and empowering B2B software. Here's my portfolio: https://anais-roger-evans.faces.site/ I started my career at Lufa Farms, building a better food system. I worked on developing mission-tested products for the marketplace such as a fully local and organic alternative to Cheerios (in compostable packaging!) and rebuilding the fruits and plant-based categories to increase overall spending in that category through better quality products. Quickly, I got involved in improving the UX of the Lufa Farms platform to increase key metrics and discoverability (a lot of our great categories weren't getting any attention!). This is where I began pivoting into Product Management. By collaborating with the dev and design team, I worked on improving the checkout process and the visibility of the overall offering on the marketplace. After a while, my curiosity got the better of me and I needed to dive deeper into how websites are made. So, I learned how to code at Le Wagon. I built a couple of cute websites to make my life easier, like a scuba diving logging app. Throughout the last couple of years at Mirego, a digital agency, I've worked on award-winning e-commerce websites and apps in the food & beverages industry as well as streaming platforms and B2B API-driven internal tools. Beyond my official jobs, I find fulfilment in mentoring and guiding others. As a mentor with Technovation Montréal, I empower young girls (15-16 year olds) to develop their technical skills and confidence through the vision and development of their first prototype.
