Marketing et communication :
- Mise en place et pilotage d’un plan de communication et marketing à la saison par pays
-Élaboration d’opérations spécifiques en fonction des besoins marchés
- Accompagnement et cadrage de la communication des partenaires (parutions presse, spot radio, événement, campagne d’affichage, animation et  réseaux sociaux…)
- Animation de l’intranet : plateforme communautaire : information et formation à destination des franchisés
- Garant de l’image de marque à travers tous les marchés 
- Pilotage de l’adaptation des vitrines par marchés
- Mise en place et suivi avec les équipes support : studio graphique, fabrication, logistique, informatique, web
- Création de guidelines de marque pour tous les domaines du marketing

Animation des équipes commerciales :
- Organisation de Convention Internationale multilingue : 2 fois par an 
- Construction et développement du book de formation à destination des Brand Managers
- Organisation des séminaires de formation en interne et à l’international
- Déplacements réguliers : ouvertures de magasins partenaires 
- Etudes de marché, benchmark et veille concurrentielle
- Animation fonctionnelle, transversale  et commerciale : services internes et franchisés
