Inbound and Demand Marketing Manager

Role included directing and executing digital media strategy across multiple client accounts including enterprise-level accounts with marketing spends upward of $1.5M across a variety of platforms. Client accounts range from the hospitality industry, corporate insurance, faith-based organizations, banking, and medical.

Along with strategic direction and execution of media, duties included weekly client calls, providing in-depth reporting, managing a team of 4 marketing professionals, and leading vendor relations for DOOH advertising, CTV, OTT, and more across all client accounts.

Digital Marketing Manager

Salons by JC

Continued all previous duties with a focus in search engine optimization and search engine marketing.

Paid Search Specialist

Responsible for executing digital marketing efforts for both corporate and franchised Salons by JC locations. These efforts predominantly included Facebook and Google Ads, but also involved email marketing campaigns, assistance in direct mail, and social media management. Implemented in-house Google Ads management for over 40 franchise salons and 10 corporate salons with a combined spend of over $10,000/month.

Routine duties also include providing monthly status reports and conducting weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly calls with franchise owners to optimize marketing efforts.

On a small scale, conducting training sessions in Social Media Best Practices and Creative Training for salon owners and salon employees.

Marketing Account Specialist

Pear Analytics

Continuing all copywriting duties performed while fully employed by Pear Analytics, which included: editing all content sent by writers, communicating with clients on content feedback, updating internal records on content needs, hiring new writing talent, and using apps (UpWork, Craigslist, WritersAccess) to find writers when needed. Starting 2019, role transitioned to providing copy on a project basis, including revamping website content, editing blogs, and curating copy for service pages of various clients.

Freelance Copywriter

Served as SEO account manager and analyst for 5 clients, social media manager for 2 clients, and revamped social strategy and SEO strategy for Pear Analytics. In my time Pear Analytics, I earned my Google Analytics certification, WordPress certification, Hubspot Inbound Marketing certification, and learned various onsite and offsite optimization strategies. I also served as copywriting manager, overseeing a team of 4 writers and 1 editor to assure content quality and hired writers through contracting sites. My biggest accomplishments were bringing social media management as a service to Pear Analytics, increasing Google rankings for a legal client by over 70%, and launching SEO strategies for a brand new domain.

Led social media and other marketing strategies for 5 different social media accounts, as well as created marketing emails and social media posts to over 60,000 leads and social media followers while working with our graphic design and web team. 

Implemented various email marketing campaigns using InfusionSoft, Marketo, Send Grid, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to leads in various stages.
