After participating as a guest in some classes at the University, I was offered the possibility of entering as a Digital Communication Professor for the Musical Training program.

It was a challenge, but I was clear that I could train people in dynamic ways.

Here I:

 👉 have accompanied over 300 students from the last semesters in the implementation of marketing and digital communication strategies in their professional projects.
 👉 develop dynamic content on communication and digital marketing, branding, personal branding, and promotion of independent projects.
 👉 manage a bi-annual musical event with 2 sponsors (companies from the real sector) to put into practice the knowledge acquired by the students.
 👉 support the development of marketing strategies and creation of EPKs for the students' musical groups.
 👉 research and implement new techniques and technologies for educational innovation.

In teaching I have discovered a different satisfaction with the contribution to the professional life of the students.

Currently, I teach these subjects and I am Academic Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Design for Creative and Cultural Industries, where I am improving the experience of students and graduates with the processes, events and solution of requirements.

It was time to start my business. 

I had tried it before, but this time, in the middle of the pandemic, I decided to believe in my ideas and carry them out with a small team.

Adiós al desempleo has gone through many facets, but it is currently a business focused on promoting personal branding as a driver of professional growth.

Here I:

👉 help boost professional growth, through the construction of personal brand, including improving speech, documents, and professional relationships.
👉 create educational and advertising digital content for different platforms.
👉 manage a community of +15k on TikTok
👉 offer conferences and training on Personal Brand professional with Companies, Universities and Employment Portals.
👉 develop and implement marketing strategies for the different targets of the business.
👉 manage projects with leading recruitment companies for the development of online training programs in personal brand for employability.

There is still much to do and improve, so I keep working on this great project.

The Faculty contacted me to give a talk as an entrepreneurial graduate and after that, they offered me to teach several subjects related to Marketing.

Here I:
👉 have taught 6 courses focused on Marketing from different approaches, for Business Administrators and Accountants.
👉 develop dynamic content on Digital Marketing, International Marketing, Strategy, Marketing Plan, etc., easily applicable in the students' real work environment.
👉 manage marketing innovation projects in the students' entrepreneurial ventures, as part of the class.
👉 research and implement new techniques and technologies for educational innovation.

This more personalized teaching experience has allowed me to establish strong professional relationships with several students and their entrepreneurships, which I continuously advise.

It was my first opportunity to lead a team and I found it incredible that it was a creative team.

When I arrived at this position, I had to recruit, select and train the new members, while I was training myself in the use of new tools that would make our work more effective.

Here I:

👉  led the creation of brand manuals and the development of marketing strategies for 4 business units
👉 created conversion funnels to align efforts, tools, and resources with the objectives of each brand (including emailing, social networks, ads, SEO, content and social ads).
👉 established processes between the commercial, marketing and content areas to improve the customer experience.
👉 optimized campaigns achieving a 20% monthly reduction in cost per acquisition for 2 years.
👉 implemented strategies to reach new audiences and continuously audited SEO to implement improvements aligned with them.
👉 created marketing budgets, reports and media growth projections.
👉 co-led the content strategy to ensure a better fit with the results of the market analysis.

Here, in addition to learning about SEO, SEM, branding and SMO, among others, I acquired an implicit position towards well-being and internal communications.

Here:

👉 I coordinated endomarketing strategies through wellness activities.
👉 I organized the personnel selection processes to potentiate the employer brand.
👉 I improved the internal communication channels to potentiate the productivity of the areas.

I learned everything and more. This experience made me grow professionally in a way I never imagined.

I was very excited to work in a media outlet and, when this opportunity came, I was very happy to start.

Here, I already had a clearer idea of what I was doing, I understood better how social networks work and I already knew more tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.

Here I:

 👉created graphic and written digital content to achieve greater reach organically.
 👉increased organic interaction on Facebook by an average of 110% per month.
 👉increased organic reach by 25% per month on LatinAmerican Post's social networks.
 👉developed digital strategies to increase website traffic and brand recognition.
 👉structured the e-mail marketing strategy for readers (Newsletter), keeping the open rate above 15%.
 👉created landing pages to segment readers according to their interests.
 👉generated, reviewed, and analyzed the monthly performance reports of each brand.

After that, I was promoted to Marketing Coordinator.

This was my first marketing approach.

EZ Way allowed me to start from scratch, apply all the knowledge I had from the University and that I had not been able to put into practice in real life.

They didn't have a digital presence yet and they were willing to try anything I could think of.

Still without a very clear strategy, here:

👉 I created the corporate profiles in the social networks where the market they were looking for had a presence.
👉 I managed the social networks for organically brand awareness.
👉 I designed and wrote digital content for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Being in a small and so willing company, helped me a lot in my learning process.
