I work on one thing: helping people learn from each other in ways that actually work.

I focus on Social Learning and Communities of Practice, and I’ve spent the past few years building and leading learning communities that have grown far larger (and more impactful) than I ever expected.

Over the last six years, I’ve grown L&D Shakers to 8,500+ members, turning it into one of the most active learning communities in our field. I also built the Butter Community from scratch, reaching more than 2,000 members in two years.

You'll usually find me tinkering with collaborative projects at the overlap between community + (learning) experience design + facilitation.
I prefer practical approaches over grand theories, and I care about creating environments where people share what they know, challenge each other, and make progress together.


At Adyen, I design learning infrastructures that accelerate knowledge sharing, skill building, and strengthen organisational capability. My aim is simple: make social learning a normal part of how work happens, not something extra.

Outside of Adyen, I work with organisations that want to build internal communities and learning experiences that stand on their own feet and support real learning, not surface-level engagement.
