•	Generate sales and marketing strategies: prospecting, conversion, loyalty, digital marketing, inbound marketing, for the B2B channel in Colombia, Ecuador and Cuba.

Achievements: 
•	I implemented sales and marketing strategies, generating 120% impact on the annual sales budget for the periods 2019, 2020, 2021. 
•	I implemented the "Natural Persons Division" impacting a new segment of the B2C market, generating new revenues equivalent to 50% versus B2B sales. 
•	I generated the digital lead attraction strategy which increased the customer portfolio by 50%. 
•	I increased the level of allies loyalty by 10%, impacting the sales quota and the positioning of the brand in other regions. And in turn, I managed to increase the portfolio of new partners by 20% for the period 2020-2021.

Achievements: 
•	I constituted the sales and marketing area of the company which allowed to open new markets, participate in bidding processes, and leverage the company's Integrated Management System.
•	I achieved market opening in Medellín and Ecuador, achieving representative sales of 50% of the annual budget. 
•	I developed the first business opportunity for the B2B channel in Cuba, this being significant for the organization due to the strict economic regime of this country. 
•	I was promoted to the position of Marketing and Sales Manager for having demonstrated an ideal performance in the area of sales and marketing.

•	I consolidated the Commercial Professionals team that attracted most Chilean investors to Colombia in the period 2013-2014.
•	I managed to increase the portfolio of companies affiliated to the Colombo Chilean Chamber of Commerce by 40%.
•	I managed to improve the customer loyalty indicator, reaching a 10% retention.

•	Schedule and be part of business meetings between Chilean and Colombian investors. 
•	Loyalty to affiliates by encouraging them to use the services offered by the Colombian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
•	Execute the process in the documentation management area.

•	I managed to be the Commercial Professional with 0% dropout rate of affiliates for the first half of 2013. 
•	I was appointed as Commercial Coordinator of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Chile.
