Our major achievements:
- Our team revived a 2 year stagnant project worth 5 million, previously handled by the client's AI team, delivering outstanding results in under a month.

- We worked with a University medical researchers to develop a unique AI and computer vision solution to detect a specific type of brain tumor from histopathological images and achieved over 0.9 specificity and sensitivity, beating the gold standard.

- We associated with a leading hedge fund in New York, USA as their AI team and helped them analyze the impact of each of their signals on the financial price movements and also developed a trading strategy using reinforcement learning that generated consistent profit with a risk-reward ratio of over 3.

- Peformed data analytics for a service providing company to help analyze the most profitable services and designed a discount system to bring in clients with highest LTV:CAC ratio.

Major achievements:
- Optimized the architecture of a semantic scene segmentation model to go from 0.5 to 20 FPS, with a loss of only 1% performance accuracy.

- Developed a CNN model to handle a dataset of half million images with a huge data imbalance, by developing custom loss function and achieving over 95% accuracy across all image classes.

- Designed and developed a unique weather classification model and also deployed it as an iOS app.

- Helped a startup build a successful POC for hand gesture recognition with very few images.

- Developed and deployed an embedded system model to do an automated meter reading for industrial automation.
