I have over 27 years of experience in consumer insights, CX, and analytics. I have partnered with a team of exceptional individuals and have been actively involved in shaping the global landscape of consumer insights and customer experience management in all these companies. I create cherished and trusted products/services that help organizations become more customer-centric by better understanding their customers. Before starting my entrepreneurship journey, I worked for leading companies in banking (Al Rajhi Bank) and telecom (Mobily), heading their Market Research, CX, Analytics and strategy functions. During my tenure at Al Rajhi Bank, I spearheaded a program that significantly enhanced the overall customer life cycle, leading to a remarkable USD 0.5 billion increase in the bank's revenue. Outside of work, I am an adventurous traveler, having explored over 40 countries, and an avid squash player. I also love hiking. These personal interests keep me energized and balanced.
