My journey as the founder of XEBO.ai has been a dynamic blend of vision, innovation, and execution. XEBO.ai was born out of a clear need for a cutting-edge digital solution that seamlessly integrates customer feedback in today’s digitally connected world.

Leveraging my background in Banking and Telecom, I identified gaps in existing platforms, particularly their lack of ISR compliance. This insight shaped the core philosophy of XEBO.ai—developing a platform that is ISR-compliant, user-friendly, and adaptable to the rapidly evolving landscape. Assembling a team of passionate innovators, we overcame early challenges to develop a prototype. The belief in our product, combined with the support of angel investors, was crucial in turning our vision into reality.

Our go-to-market strategy was built on differentiation. We initially focused on the BFSI and Telecom sectors, where the need for ISR-compliant, locally hosted platforms was critical. A key milestone was our partnership with a reseller to penetrate the Middle East market, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which significantly accelerated our growth and market presence. As we expanded, we adapted the platform to serve new sectors and geographies.

As XEBO.ai gained momentum, we prioritized using AI to make the platform intuitive for developing surveys and analyzing results. Our holistic approach to customer experience, covering every detail of the customer journey, became a key differentiator. By offering an integrated platform for managing CX, EX, and MR in one place, we’ve provided businesses with a powerful tool to enhance their overall experience strategy.

Today, XEBO.ai stands as a global aspirant, challenging the norms in the digital platform space for CX, EX, and MR. Our journey continues to be driven by a clear vision, relentless execution, and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced and ever-evolving market.

My journey as the co-founder of 4SiGHT is a story of vision, partnerships and growth. It began with the idea of creating a specialized agency focusing on the banking & telecom sectors in Saudi Arabia. These industries were underserviced by global agencies, and I saw an opportunity to provide deep, actionable insights that could drive better decision-making.

From the very beginning, the goal was clear: to build a research agency that didn't just collect data but delivered insights that could shape strategies. This mission resonated with our clients and as our reputation grew, so did our ambitions. We slowly expanded by adding new partners who brought fresh perspectives, methodologies and expertise in different sectors. This collaborative approach was pivotal in broadening our services and extending our reach across various markets.

As we diversified, 4SiGHT evolved into a research agency, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions. From market understanding and innovation to brand & communication and customer satisfaction, we began covering the entire lifecycle of insights and research. This expansion allowed us to work with over 200 leading local and global brands across sectors as varied as FMCG, public services, leisure and entertainment, aviation, automotive, real estate and even industrial & B2B clients.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been the people I've had the privilege to work with. Before starting my entrepreneurship journey, I worked for leading companies in banking (Al Rajhi Bank) and telecom (Mobily), heading their Market Research, CX, Analytics and strategy functions. 

During my tenure at Al Rajhi Bank, I spearheaded a program that significantly enhanced the overall customer life cycle, leading to a remarkable USD 0.5 billion increase in the bank's revenue.

Outside of work, I am an adventurous traveler, having explored over 40 countries, and an avid squash player. I also love hiking. These personal interests keep me energized and balanced.
