As an Account Manager I perform variety of duties aimed at managing Cisco Systems client relationships, as well as Business Development through sales and services of Cloud Collaboration technology product “Webex”. I provide tailored solution based on the needs of the client. I am responsible for driving overall Positive experience from start to end of the sale and working towards providing better solution for issues addressed henceforth.

Webex uses cloud based technology for high quality collaboration meetings. It is specially designed to facilitate the needs for Business Managers and other individuals to communicate with large audiences ranging from 1 to even 3000. Various technology (UC, TSP, SIP, CCA, CMR , Audio/Video conferences, cloud based IT services, SAAS, networking) come together to provide effective means of collaboration between individuals using any possible device (mobile phones to TV like Telepresence devices or computers). Also provides facilities to setup on-premise solutions for the Clients depending on their needs for communications between both internal and external users in their organization. Webex not only allows A/V conference, it has multiple other features like desktop sharing, remote access, presentation sharing, in-house chat, Clouse based meeting rooms, remote support, recording on cloud and many more. It is a one stop resort for multiple requirements of businesses ranging from small to mid to large sized enterprises for effective collaboration.

Being an account manager it is my responsibility to maintain customers account including sales of online WebEx accounts, up-sell and down sells etc. Beyond that, working on technical issues of customers and helping the customer with usability problems. Doing all that making sure that the customers experience with WebEx is not impacted and driving the overall Positive experience. Our team is responsible for various interaction between the client and the departments in the organisation related to service to our product. 
Key Roles:
1: We contribute to the service for global customers using the product and work towards their needs and requirement.
2: Working with other teams of the department like sales and technical support, we play a very critical role of driving the customers satisfaction throughout the departments. We escalate the client facing issues if needed.
3: We are the most important primary contact for the client driving any changes needed by the client n their service agreement. Multiple teams like order management and provisioning team comes into picture who are been driven by us. 
4: As we are the point of contact for any interaction between the customer and the Organisation, we carry the image of the organisation, In short, we also act as lawyers for both organisation and the client to satisfy both the parties.
5: With all these in place, it is our responsibilities to make sure that the targets set (we call it performance matrix) is met, making sure the overall performance is increased  in the organisation.
