WebEngage is a B2B SaaS Marketing Automation Platform, where I helped

- Launch 7 products/ features with a 30-day average adoption rate of over 28% along with each one's positioning and messaging.
- Supported sales with their enablement needs and in the process, increased the asset utilization rate for all the sales content by ~35%.
- Worked end-to-end on 5 e-books and a few case studies to support the launches and to help with product education.
- Spearheaded a few initiatives around sales, product and customer success teams to build better accountability for both internal and external communication.
- Conceptualised campaigns for increasing the brand awareness and building customer advocacy for WebEngage's suite of products.
- Helping various teams with competitive and market research intel.
- Finally, was involved in re-designing the website and positioning the company's old and new product lines.

Sqrrl Fintech

Sqrrl is a Mutual Funds Investment platform operating since 2016, helping millennial with new-age financial products.

- I took care of the entire Organic Marketing efforts of the firm working on Content, SEO & Communications with some involvement in Product & Brand Marketing as well.
- In 1 year, grew the organic footprints of the company, by more than doubling the website traffic, enhancing the positioning of the organic content & increasing the overall visibility of the brand.
- Launched the Mutual Funds education program on the Sqrrl website.

Oliveboard is an EdTech startup for MBA & Government job aspirants, started in 2013.

- I was part of the course designing team, with mandatory contribution to every level of the ideation to publishing phase.
- Also actively managed the community led forums and sometimes even helped with videos (scripting).

SportZaction

SportZaction was to-be a social networking platform for sporting professionals and coaches/mentors. Being a small group, I wore many hats during this short-lived venture contributing equally to Product Development and Marketing, among other things. A lot of reasons contributed to the failure, out of which, traction was probably the biggest issue. We were not able to convince mentors to signup for the platform and went through shortage of funds. All this resulted in the ultimate shutdown of the project.

I come with ~10 years of experience encompassing stints at FinTech, EdTech and SaaS startups but for the better part of that stint, I've been a SaaS marketer. 

My current role at Storylane is extremely diverse where although I started with Product Marketing, today I also look after Demand Generation, Outbound and some parts of Partnerships. And the objectives for all of these are quite different.
