• Led the go-to-market for Appcues Mobile, driving pre-launch pipeline of almost $150K in MRR and making continuous messaging, market, and pricing iterations to get us to $200K in closed ARR within the first 3 months. 

• Provided strategic leadership, overview, and coordination of Appcues’ positioning and strategic narrative—working with key leadership to define why we win for the coming 3-5 years.  

• Instilled a market research focus by running regular cadence surveys and research to deliver pillar content and reports, from benchmark analysis to theme-based topics.

TeamSnap

Helped build out the product marketing function across TeamSnap, a sports management platform with 24 million users, while leading two of the most impactful launches for the business within the past 5 years.

• Led the go-to-market strategy for TeamSnap Health Check, our integrated COVID screening product that launched in just 2.5 weeks, hit 10 million screenings in less than 5 months, and helped sales reach 175% to plan during the quarter of launch.

• Introduced a formal customer learning philosophy with a monthly Voice of Customer meeting, a newly implemented customer discovery process, the first TeamSnap Customer Advisory Board, and improved internal sharing of customer stories and testimonials.

• Led the brand repositioning project that included the implementation and analysis of 2 brand surveys, the development of our brand narrative and position, and the rollout both internally and externally.

• As an early product marketer at TeamSnap, I developed working relationships between product marketing and key stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Customer Success, developed our launch framework and processes, and instilled key foundational needs like competitive intelligence, GTM strategy, and sales enablement.
