As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Retail, I had the responsibility of driving and optimizing customer feedback through Amazon's Proprietary Customer Service Tool. I built strong relationships with customers by addressing their pain points effectively and ensuring their satisfaction.

In this role, I conceptualized effective strategies to enhance customer experience and led successful initiatives to implement them. By analyzing customer data and feedback, I identified areas where improvements could be made to meet or exceed customer expectations.

I actively drove conversations with customers, providing prompt resolutions to their queries or concerns. Through my excellent problem-solving skills and deep product knowledge, I was able to resolve complex issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Using my strong communication skills both written and verbal along with active listening abilities, I consistently achieved 98% customer satisfaction as measured by positive survey responses. This accomplishment demonstrates my ability to deliver exceptional service consistently.

During my time at Amazon Retail, I developed proficiency in utilizing various tools such as CRM systems, and internal databases for efficient management of inquiries. Due to this competitive market, it is critical that I remained updated about the latest product features, campaigns, sales policies, etc so was constantly updating information resources as part of the team,

Pretty big finding for AI in HR: in an experiment with 70,000 applicants in the Philippines, an LLM voice recruiter beat recruiters humans in hiring customer service reps, with 12% more offers & 18% more starts.

Also the AI led to better matches (17% higher 1-month retention), less gender discrimination & had equal satisfaction to humans from applicants.
