Hey! I’m Ananya Nair, currently diving into my MBA journey after completing my undergrad in Business Administration. I’ve always been drawn to both Marketing and Human Resources, two fields that mix creativity, people, and strategy most excitingly. I’ve had the chance to explore both during my internships. First at HomeLane as a Talent Acquisition Intern, I worked on sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Then at Moshi Moshi, a creative advertising agency, I recruited for roles like design, content, and strategy. These experiences made me realise how much I enjoy working with people and helping build strong, creative teams. I’m energetic, adaptable, and always curious. Whether it's brainstorming campaigns, building people-first workplaces, or learning new things. I’m all in.
