I was responsible for managing the intranet for Project Spirit (SAP implementation), the production of b-weekly newsletters, interviews, and all copies for internal corporate communications purposes. 
The challenges I was faced with when working on Project Spirit had to do with breaking IT jargons and complex language into simple and easy-to-understand communications materials targeting Bacardi internal collaborators. The goal was to bring awareness about the changes employees would be faced with, and minimize the impact of the new technology by providing the right information to all people involved.
