• Lead team of Proposals Analysts in the development of responsive RFPs, RFI, RFQ, SOA, EOI, CAN, and BAFO proposals for major group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and public/private customers, ensuring responses were comprehensive, timely, achieving a winning high-scoring.
• Worked directly with commercial leads, SMEs, legal, and other stakeholders to develop a winning bid, facilitated proposal kickoff meetings and regular status calls to ensure the proposal development process was on track and within timelines, and led proposal reviews, including Pink, Green, Red, and Gold Team reviews, to ensure the proposal was complete, accurate, and persuasive.

• Actively participated in various communities, including APMP, CAHO, HSCN & MEDEC communities, and built and supported a culture that values a solution provider and profitability philosophy.

- Prepared analytical reports timely and accurately: corporate financial planning, budgeting, financial management and control services;
- Partnered with IT to ensure that system changes, updates and corrections were completed by providing the proper business support, and ensuring data integrity between I.T., Finance, and Purchasing, to effectively meet business requirements, within time constraints;
