Key Account Manager Europe

Commercial performance is a transversal service attached to several other teams (Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Data and IT, home delivery, Customer Service, etc.). The challenges are therefore very varied.

First, some recurrences:
 - Track performance throughout the customer transformation funnel (sales/recovery appointments, lead processing, financing rates and services, etc.)
 - Monitoring the performance of sales teams and sharing reports during daily and monthly sales meetings (Sales, C2B car trading, financing, NPS, etc.)
 - Preparation of COMEV : calculation of commercial objectives
 - Response to requests from branch directors on Salesforce, CRM and process topics.

Then, ad hoc topics and analyzes :
 - Animation of commercial challenges with regional directors
 - Analyzes of variations in the transformation tunnel
 - Analyzes with car buyers of the stock rotations and e-merchandising

Medium and long term projects (Kaizen & A3) :
 - Lean improvement of operational processes: sales administration, cars registration, home delivery, distance selling, etc.
 - In close collaboration with data teams to translate the needs of operational teams into management and decision-making tools (e.g. management dashboard for sales coaching, BI to monitor the stock of offers and their rotation, etc)
 - Implementation of other monitoring dashboards on PowerBI, Salesforce and Gsheet.
 - Calculations and modeling to find the right locations for agency openings, to extend the Aramisauto network in France.

- Management of a wallet of 5M €
- Management and training of the Bakery-Pastry team (15 people)
- Merchandising and implementation of promotional offers
- Analysis of turnover and management of margins
- Supply of rays
- Sourcing of suppliers 
- Ensures compliance with IFS FOOD STORE standards and quality keys

Maybe one day. But until then, I’m happy to keep closing deals, building relationships, and staying on top of the latest trends. :)

I’m an Account Executive who’s had the pleasure (and occasional chaos!) of working with incredible SaaS companies like JOOR and Hello Customer. Navigating different markets and adapting my sales techniques over the years has been such a journey. 🎢

The world of SaaS is constantly evolving, and now with AI making waves. I’m more excited than ever to keep learning and refining my approach. I'll keep deepening my knowledge of sales methodology (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, consultative selling etc.)
