With over 19 years of experience in the wall art and home decor industry, I am the CEO and co-founder of Oliver Gal, a holding company that includes numerous consumer products brands. We design and manufacture high-quality products that cater to different markets and customer segments, through various sales channels, including Direct to Consumer and wholesale. As a business leader with a natural growth mindset, my passion lies in creating better and happier employees. I empower my team by setting and communicating my vision, developing and executing effective strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. I have successfully expanded our business to international markets, diversified our revenue streams, and launched and managed multiple brands, while maintaining strong client relationships and online presence. After graduating from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, I took a liking to lifelong learning. I have since completed numerous executive education courses, most notably from the Harvard Business School Executive Education (Owner/President Managent) and the YPO session at Stanford Graduate School of Business. I leverage my diverse background and skills to create and find new opportunities, establish and enhance the position of our art brands, and make a positive impact in the world through art.
