ورغم تكرار المحاولات لتصحيح هذا الأسلوب، إلا أن النمط استمر دون تغيير جوهري.

هذا الأسلوب أثّر بشكل مباشر على الفرق، وأربك المبادرات
وأهدر وقتاً كان يجب أن يُصرف على التنفيذ لا على تصحيح الافتراضات
وخلق توتراً بين فرق كان يفترض أن تعمل بتناغم
وجعل القرارات الحساسة رهينة مزاج لا معطيات

أسوأ ما يمكن أن تبني عليه عملًا أو علاقة هو شيء لم تتحقق منه.

فحين تصبح التكهنات أساس القرار، يصبح الجميع في دائرة الخطر.
