Partner Network Development Director at Reputation House. What I do: We build systems for partner network development in the company. My main areas of expertise are: * Creating and maintaining competitive terms of affiliate programs. I organize teams to work with partners, monitor the achievement of objectives in terms of attracted partners, develop new channels to promote the affiliate program. * Researching the market and competitors, forming the basic requirements for the program, suggesting how it can be improved and aligned with changing conditions. * Manage tactics with key partners, analyse and adjust tactical plans for the programme.
