Coach and provide guidance to managers on their own team management and organizational and People‑related topics. 
Manage T&D activities (what skills need to be developed, what is the best way to do it, manage training delivery execution).
Provide feedback on internal climate among the team (especially key employees) to be proactive in suggesting plans for retention, work with objections/problems.
Provide coordination of HR‑related subjects between managers and team members. 
Provide guidance to managers and team members in understanding, and taking up our policy philosophy and tools.

HR Business Partner

HR support for an international team of 50+employees in multiple locations (Brazil, Mexico, Italy, UK, Czech Republic, India).

Job scope:
Manage workforce planning (what kind of talents we need and where, how we utilize current skills – rotations, job enlargement etc.); execute talent acquisition. 
Manage onboarding and orientation.
Coach and provide guidance on team management, organisational and People‑related topics. 
Provide feedback on internal climate among the team (especially key employees), proactively create retention plans.
Work with objections/problems. 
Manage talent development strategy that supports business strategy – what competencies/skills do we have, what we need, define the gap, propose action plan. 
Execute T&D initiatives with the help of 3rd parties (training platforms, coaches, etc.).
Manage Compensation & Benefits alignment across the regions and C&B compliance with local labor law.
Support team engagement – manage team building activities. 
Manage administrative and legal HR related support (with the help of 3rd party providers).

This role was close to HR generalist as I was responsible for full HR support including recruitment. I was responsible for Digital Marketing Function (3 products, 50+ employees). 

Job scope:
Managed recruitment ‑ managed all stages from selection and assessments to onboarding and orientation.
Managed internal communications. 
Developed and implemented KPIs scheme (development, implementation, communication). Implemented grading system. 
Organized several team buildings.

This role was a mix of C&B and HRBP. From here I started my switch to HRBP.

Job scope as a reward manager: 
Grading system design (for 6000+ employees in different functions).
Performance review system design (for 6000+ employees in different functions).
Designed, implemented and communicated new pay policy (for 6000+ employees in different functions).
Design reward philosophy and approve it with stakeholders.
Implemented reward strategy (base pay, bonus, LTI).
Managed salary surveys and updated pay structure when needed.
Prepared C&B data for board of directors.
Designed and conducted engagement survey (for 6000+ employees in different functions, with no 3rd party involvement).

Job scope as HRBP for Finance department (headcount 300 employees, included internal IT services).
The main goal was to establish new work standards as CFO changed and the Finance function had to change to perform better and more efficient to support company strategy. 

Developed and implemented competencies model.
Conducted 360‑degree survey.
Implemented grading and performance review.
Developed and implemented reward scheme linked to performance review results.

In 2009 I was nominated to lead Reward HR Transformation Project. Aim of the project was harmonization of all local reward processes with global ones considering local opportunities and demands. During the project, I designed new variable pay policy, reviewed all current C&B processes, corrected where necessary, and approved it with regional HR oﬃce. I have changed the mobile phones administration system – implemented the process of deduction expences exceeding the limit.
