International Personal Bank Head, EMEA

In addition to my role of International Personal Bank Sales Head I was asked to oversee the Citigold Private Client Business  for both UK and International Clients and was appointed Head of CPC Business 
•	Aligned HNW client ($1 mn +) strategy for UK and International clients. 
•	Differentiated client engagement model, streamlined HNW Bankers contact with clients that allowed to deepen the wallet with target market clients. 
•	Elevated investment advisory journey, research insights and portfolio review frequency for HNW client’s base.
•	Transformed Right Client Right Banker model that allowed to overachieve new to bank clients target.
•	Showed a tangible improvement in HNW client satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Citigold Private Client Business Head, EMEA

•	Successfully launched and managed Wealth Management business.
•	Demonstrated strong growth of deposits and Investment Assets Under Management.
•	Successfully Introduced new Citigold Private Client segment.
•	Built and revamped product offering for Liabilities, Transaction Banking, Investments (Structured products, International and Local Mutual funds, Brokerage), Life Insurance, PPI, Foreign exchange, and Treasury that enabled consistent double digit revenue growth. 
•	Developed investment advisory offering from scratch. 
•	Built and nurtured a high-performing team of wealth management professionals and investment counsellors dedicated to serving the Affluent and HNW segment, including training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives (the team of 100+ people).
•	Enhanced Pricing strategy for Affluent and HNW clients to win the market share.
•	Established beneficial partnerships with other financial institutions, global asset management firms and brokerage companies to enhance the value proposition for clients.
•	Ensured the business adheres to all relevant regulations and standards and implementing strategies to effectively manage risk.

Wealth Management Head

Startup role with remit to build Commercial Bank product proposition and infrastructure to launch new market segment of SME and MME companies.
•	Conducted thorough competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify gaps, and position the startup's commercial banking products as industry leaders.
•	Led the successful launch of new commercial banking products, ensuring a smooth introduction to the market.
•	Implemented initiatives to attract new commercial banking customers while maintaining high retention rates through product enhancements and customer-focused solutions. (ie first in the industry launched life FX CTI solution across all target market clients that allowed to demonstrate record high FX revenue flows). 
•	Achieved and exceeded revenue targets by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing pricing models for commercial banking products. (Drove the business to break even within 2 years after launch).
•	Established mechanisms for collecting and incorporating customer feedback to continuously improve commercial banking products and enhance customer satisfaction.
•	Built and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
•	Ensured seamless integration of corporate bank technology and consumer distribution infrastructure to minimize costs, enhance the functionality, and user experience of commercial banking products.

Commercial Bank Business Development Head

Startup role to open full-fledged retail operations in 6 regional cities.
•	Presented business case for branch opening in regional offices of Central Bank to obtain approval
•	Developed and implemented sales onboarding and operational maintenance processes
•	Organized and participated in staff hiring (Operations, Sales, Branches support)
•	Identified locations for new branches and offices
•	Effectively Managed regional operations teams remotely
