After obtaining my Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Development at Oakland University, I became a seasoned and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 5 years of experience in various industries such as Staffing, Healthcare, Mortgage and Home Services. Currently supporting Angi as a Sales Recruiter, meeting and exceeding monthly hiring quotas, as well as daily KPIs for both remote hiring and hiring for our Angi offices across the U.S. I take a unique and creative approach to recruiting as well as focus on providing my candidates a positive candidate experience. This entails me marketing my business, utilizing social media and my e-commerce store to sell my products to clients. I am also in charge of inventory management, production of products, creating and running my website/blog, customer service, shipping and more.
