Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Manage existing customer relationships and play an active role in developing and building advocacy
- Resolve matters such as payments, account questions
- Troubleshooting with extraordinary customer care
- Working with customer satisfaction — receive regular feedback, improve the quality and client “happiness”
- Upsale of current customers, adding members to the team
- Work in a CRM system: update the information about existing customers, track and manage communication with them, etc
- Request feedback from clients - monthly, quarterly, annually during regular client calls
- Request Clutch reviews (87 already!)

- Identifying opportunities in various industries for software development services
- Generating leads through LinkedIn (LinkedHelper, Sales Navigator, Snovio, PhantomBuster, etc)
- Developing and creating various sales pipeline
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences & offering software development services
- Preparing proposals and contracts to help secure new business opportunities
- Developing and nurturing relationships with customers
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors
- Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs
- Preparing statistics and reports
- Using Hubspot to manage interactions and track the sales funnel
