• Leading a multicultural team of 9 across multiple functions (Product Management,  Product Design, Quality Assurance & Testing, Product Operations & Customer Support) in a flat hierarchy start-up, focused on making each and every one a better professional and individual.
• Introduced the Product Management Function in Conrad Connect. Developed a Product Roadmap across the smart energy and building sectors. Engaged the company around a unique Product Vision.  
• Successfully validated product ideas through multiple PoCs/pilot projects and delivered to market (e.g. Fjordkraft use case) offering iPaaS, aPaaS and SaaS solutions. 
• Designed a lean and fast paced way of working within the Agile framework. Responsible for the coordination between all company business functions (Product, Technology, Legal, Business Development, Marketing).

• IoT Product Owner across three Agile/Scrum teams, creating effective user stories and prioritising product backlogs
• Coordination across all Vodafone Innovus functions, ensuring Product Development and Operations are according to strategy
• Managing E2E (HW, Connectivity, Web & Mobile Application) Internet of Things Product Development (Smart cities/Smart homes/Fleet Tracking/Asset Tracking/Fixed Asset monitoring/Security) launching international products
• Short-term (3-6 months) Roadmap & Product Development Planning 
• Ensuring all VFI products are delivered on target and in budget (Project management for multiple new products)

IoT Product Owner / Product Demand Manager

As part of the Applications and Services Team, my main responsibilities are:
• Administration and Maintenance of Mobile Telephony Online Charging System (Nokia SUREPAY), Fixed Telephony NGIN Platform and Kartointernet.
• Perform 24x7 on-call support to a system performing real-time charging affecting ~5.5m mobile subscribers.
• Incident, Problem and Delivery Management with high-end vendors (Nokia, HP, Intracom).
• Participation in every day change management processes, implementing new services through the IN/Prepay systems.

My main achievements are:
•  Leading my team towards the digital future, as team’s SPOC for Robotics Process Automation project. Identifying processes, creating business cases and designing flows.
•  Revised and initiated new business processes, providing exceptional customer experience (~50% reduction in customer complaints received by my team)
• Key role in crucial projects, participating in delivery and deployment phases: Surepay 17.9 Application Upgrade Project (as team’s SPOC in OCS Software Upgrade and ISA Hardware and Software Upgrade), Vo-Wifi, eSM cloud migration.
•  Participated in many cross-functional Vodafone Projects (Career Fair 4 all, ReConnect Program, VF @ Universities), and coordinated trainee students projects inside Vodafone Network Operations.

Main Achievements and projects:
●  Coordination of the IT Business Critical Issues Procedure, through which I gained experience on various technical issues, communicated with internal teams as well as vendors, and reported to the corresponding business team.
●  Reduced customer complaints through analytic investigation of complex technical flows and preventive order management actions.
● Communicated instructions and created tools to the Customer Service Teams, so that they can resolve faster customer complaints.
●  Appointed as the CTIO’s Digital Ninja, during a reverse mentoring program.
