▪︎ Be the internal referent on all CSR issues ;
▪︎ Develop and carry out the CSR roadmap with monthly monitoring of CSR indicators ;
▪︎ Ensure disclosures/evaluations of EcoVadis, CoP of the Global Compact, Carbon footprint and the drafting of the annual CSR reporting ;
▪︎ Lead the CSR approach internally (thematic weeks, awareness-raising, CSR challenge, Climate Fresco animation, 2Tonnes workshop animation, etc.)

📽 Main Mission : Coordinate the cultural events of the Ios Festival and set up climate change awareness workshops.

As part of the Ios Festival organizational team, I carried out various missions :

▪︎ Coordinate the management of various cultural events throughout the summer (parade, concerts, outdoor film, private evenings, museums)
▪︎ Manage logistics, welcoming service providers and guests and then communicating about each event.
▪︎ Host fun workshops for children and adults on themes related to ecological transition (water, waste, fashion, etc.)
▪︎ At the same time, be a waitress in the Allo Ios restaurant.

Within the Carrefour Market Concept & Customer Experience Department, I carried out various missions:
▪︎ Consolidate the CSR Policy in Carrefour Market stores and with internal services (CSR roadmap, CSR Concept Book)
▪︎ Coordinate and pre-empt pilot projects/tests around Zero Waste & Zero Plastic for the Carrefour Market format.
▪︎ Undertake CSR monitoring actions (legislative/competitive/trends) in France and around the world in the field of Food Distribution.

Air France

✈ Main Mission : Engage as many suppliers as possible in the EcoVadis evaluation and sign the Sustainable Development charter of the Purchasing department.

Within the Purchasing Department of Air France, I carried out various missions :
▪︎ Implement the CSR Policy for the Purchasing Department, by training buyers in CSR (Duty of Vigilance, Sapin Law) and by communicating via SharePoint pages, Teams group.
▪︎ Manage and monitor the CSR evaluation of Air France suppliers by initiating requests for CSR evaluation and re-evaluation of suppliers and monitoring corrective action plans.
▪︎ Contribute Responsible Purchasing to various deliverables including the extra-financial report and the DJSI questionnaire.

Responsible Purchasing and CSR Project Manager

🏘 Main Mission : Formalize and structure 3F's CSR policy (targets of issues, mapping of risks & opportunities).

Within the Quality and CSR Department of 3F, I carried out various missions :
▪︎ Produce the CSR roadmap and contribute to 3F's extra-financial reporting (collect data, business model, materiality matrix of KPIs, 3F issues and risks).
▪︎ Implement the Responsible Waste Policy via a field diagnosis of office waste (paper, cup, cartridge, etc.) then search for virtuous solutions (provider benchmarking, retro-planning, monitoring of actions, initiating change in the company) + Mobility plan for the collaborators.
▪︎ Have the role of Community manager on professional networks (LinkedIn, Yammer) in order to inform employees about CSR projects/3F projects (CSR breakfast).

🐎 Main Mission : Summer job allowing me to practice my English and discover the USA.

At Red Reflet Ranch located in the cowboy, country and rodeo state of Wyoming, I carried out various missions :
▪︎ Welcome, accompany and entertain guests throughout their stay (horseback riding, ziplining, ATV rides, fishing, gardening)
▪︎ Manage the life of the Ranch, with the monitoring of supplying food and equipment, helping in the kitchen, serving each meal, cleaning the chalets, then feeding the ranch animals.
