Main Job responsabilities as a Human Resources Specialist:

·       Managed all aspects of HR administration, management and recruiting, HR related documentation, such as: contracts of employment, organizational charts and all employees files according to labor legislation and company requirements.  Record working contracts in Revisal.
·       Led management of HR policies regarding vacation, sick time, employee benefits, services and employment discrepancies or issues.

·       Preparing daily, monthly time working sheets ,

·       Monitoring staff performance and attendance. 

·       Adviced, coached and counseled the managers and staff regarding human resources policies, onbording, procedures, programs and labor relations.

·       Planning the recruiting process, establishing and posting the hiring job announcement using the best recruitment tools to attract highly-qualified candidates at the interviews.

·       Depending on the company's profile, I participated in staff motivation projects, in organizing teambuilding programs, parties and events organized for employees.
