My role involves various responsibilities, such as establishing the UX process, conducting workshops with clients, including assumption matrix, persona, and customer journey workshops, conducting user research through interviews, affinity mapping, and creating user personas to validate insights and identify solutions, and creating sitemaps, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.

Furthermore, I build interactive high-fidelity prototypes, develop design systems and visual identities, collaborate with software engineering teams, conduct UX audits to improve existing user flows and wireframes, and identify growth opportunities for products by creating new user flows and functionalities for existing products.

Boost

At Boost, I was responsible for product design and played a crucial role in optimizing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. One of my significant accomplishments was leading the design roadmap for our products. I identified key solutions and opportunities for our products, conducted extensive research and user interviews, and redesigned our website to enhance the user experience.

In addition to these responsibilities, I conducted competitive analysis to gain insights into our industry and identify areas where Boost could improve its products and services. Through this research, I was able to develop a deep understanding of our competitors and their strengths and weaknesses, which helped us to refine our strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

Furthermore, I worked on various other projects, such as delivering an investor pitch presentation to secure funding for our startup, overseeing newsletter campaigns to engage with our audience and promote our products, and conducting process optimization to improve our internal workflows and systems. I also provided branding support and facilitated workshops and mentorship sessions with interns.

Overall, my experience at Boost allowed me to develop a broad range of skills in product management, process optimization, product strategy, design thinking, research, user interviews, website redesign, investor pitches, competitive analysis, and mentoring.

At Oracle, I was responsible for overseeing the goals and product action plan, as well as conceptualizing campaigns for the employees and conducting design research. I worked closely with developers, project managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure full coordination on projects.

I developed functionalities for the product, exploring all potential opportunities for growth, and participated in user interview sessions to validate solutions. I also ensured cohesiveness across projects and alignment with the design system.
