In my role as Vice President for Revenue Enablement in Contractbook, my job is to support our revenue teams (Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Partnerships & RevOps). This includes; training, building processes & workflows, evaluating tech stack and tooling, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, establishing a resource bank, upgrading collateral, tracking KPIs & performance, allocating resources in the teams and planning organizational development.

VP Revenue Enablement

In my capacity as Vice President for Business Development and Partnerships, my primary task was to build out our Partnerships program within Contractbook. On top of our existing strategic partnerships, we onboarded more than 100 new referral partners, established integrations with 12 new tech partners, and leveraged our +30 community partnerships. This ecosystem formed a robust foundation for data sharing, co-marketing, product development and lead generation for the rest of the organization.

As a Director of Business Development my primary tasks included; establishing new lead funnels for our sales team, establish and maintain strategic partnerships, establish a tech-sales division to support our AEs, sell and implement larger custom solutions and develop the product that i had worked on during my time as a product manager to fortify our position in in enterprise contract management segment.

As a product manager in Contractbook, my task was to build a new product that had product market fit with larger enterprises and law firms, which our main platform didn't. Over the course of 1½ years, i built a product which was sold to Novo Nordisk, Danish Industries, Thommessen and others, and which made up 40% of our total revenue and covered 16/20 of our largest clients at the time.

As an Account Executive, my job was to sell Contractbook to larger organizations and law firms within our target markets. This job included; prospecting, outbound sales, discovery, demonstrations, scoping of solutions, signing contracts and handing over clients to our implementation and customer success team.

Throughout my tenure as an Ambassador at ELTA, my primary objective was to introduce the organization and its offerings to the Danish market. ELTA, a non-profit entity, is dedicated to advocating for the advancement of Legal Technology within the European Union, and my role involved championing this agenda within Denmark.

In my capacity as Founder of a Blockchain consultancy, my responsibilities included; offering strategic advisory services to both public and private institutions regarding the effective integration of Blockchain technology. I forged partnerships with platform providers to enhance service offerings and drove sales and marketing efforts to expand our client base. I oversaw smaller technical projects and led the development of cryptocurrency miners, positioning them as compelling alternatives to direct cryptocurrency investments for investors and other blockchain related consultancy work.

I oversaw the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination. Additionally, I handled the legal intricacies associated with imported products, overseeing labeling compliance and other regulatory requirements. Furthermore, I led sales and marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing the potential of our existing product portfolio.

In my capacity as an Investment Consultant at Bech-Bruun, my core responsibilities encompassed conducting comprehensive market research and analysis across diverse sectors within the Chinese market. I crafted investment pitch decks tailored for distribution to Chinese investors, fostered growth in our Chinese client portfolio, and managed existing client relationships.

Additionally, I formulated investment criteria and templates for the research process, while actively scouting for prospective investment opportunities within the Chinese market.
