UX lead and PO on the biggest real estate listing portal (website and app) in Denmark (6 mio. monthly sessions) where I try to solve the problems users meet when they buy and sell a property. 
Key achievements:
*Redesigning and driving the design of new app with a team of three designers and three developers. Finished design concept and UI in 3 months and released the design in 12 Incremental releases over a year
*Increased user satisfaction 3 years in a row
*Worked closely together with sales and increased revenue on partnership and ad viewability
*Built new design system and UX  
*Owner of AB test roadmap. Ran 30 AB tests over 2 months in order to achieve a design that met business (ad viewability and clicks to realtor) and user satisfaction (NPS) KPIs 
*Driving a transformation going from a output focus to being more outcome driven. 
*Working on building a research program inspired by Teresa Torres Continuous discovery habits
*Running  surveys in order to identify and prioritize the problems our different segments meet during buying and selling a property. Validated these findings and use this to build a quarterly and a now-next-later roadmap
*Launched a new portal built in Go and Elastic Search, hybrid app, realtor tool, support system, Power BI which we worked on for 15 months together with a team of 20 developers. 
*Doing relevant presentations about product development for the chairman of the board and board of directors

-helped create the new concept for berlingske.dk and for merging business.dk into berlingske.dk
-redesigned Sweetdeals product pages and checkout flow (experimented with a 2, 3 and 4 step checkout flow in order to increase the conversion rate)
-created several other UX concepts that increased readers engagement and ad revenue  
-set up best practice UX design processes in the new UX department 
-created a structure for how the designers worked in design sprints
-set up weekly design reviews

-Optimized the IA on fmd.dk (more than 100.000 pages) and increased customer effort score from 4.8 to 5.5  
-Created an AB test prioritization program for the Marketing department and helped execute it during a year using Optimzely and VWO (key result: Increased conversion rate on campaign landing pages with 23.5%)   
-Helped create FDMs apps: Min bil, Benzinpriser and Slutseddel tjek
-Created and designed a new responsive design concept for benzinpriser.dk
