Add value, not noise. That's been my motto as a storyteller. Throughout my time as a marketer, PR Manager, and Internal/Executive communications manager, I've learned to track messages and make sure they are resonating with the audience. In my current role, I partner with the Executive Vice President on internal and strategic communication matters, use data to inform our employee information experience and strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure we tell the stories that matter. I've worked with employee populations that range from 300 to 3,000. I have a proven track record of delivering successful communication campaigns, programs, and tools that align with business goals, executive platforms, and employee needs. The systems I build scale. Personality wise, I bring creativity, clarity, and calm to table. I love building systems that scale and empowering people to do better work. This looks like crafting an internal communications playbook to enable other communicators in my organization to achieve better results. It also looks like mentoring early career communicators and sharing what I've learned via webcasts and podcasts. I get genuinely excited when I help people connect big ideas to outcomes.
