WW Technical Program Leader, AI Solution Acceleration

Business and go-to-market leader for the Microsoft Industry AI Solution Acceleration team and product leader for the Clinical Trials and Research Accelerator. My role is multi-faceted within Microsoft and my team:

1. I monitor and report key commercial metrics for the AI Solution Acceleration Team (Engineering and Architecture Group) through the use of reports and automated, custom Power dashboards linked into our CRM 
2. I lead go-to-market strategy, internally with sales teams and externally with customers to drive growth of our “Farm-to-Table” solutions, primarily focused on Corporate Executive Functions (Procurement, Legal, HR) and integration of AI to improve productivity and performance
3. Business Leader for the Clinical Trials And Research Accelerator, an AI-enabled patient matching and monitoring platform. I have been a part of the development of this solution from day one, shepherding it from inception to now, commercialization into Academic Medical Centers and Health Systems.

Head, Global Business Operations and Strategy, AI Solution Acceleration

Healthcare leader and cross-team collaborator, partnering with stakeholders to optimize global industry solution sales and delivery. Holistic owner of the Healthcare Service Line, specifically for the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences vertical. Key responsibilities include the development of scalable market solutions, coupled with executable go-to-market design, coverage, capacity and success KPIs.

Solutions launched in FY23 include:
- Healthcare Data Platform Accelerator (offering that delivers migration of healthcare datasets such as EMR, DICOM, IoMT and other real world data, aligned to standards like FHIR in the Azure Cloud)
- Healthcare Data Unification Services (creation of a cohesive data fabric to align complex analytics and enable power apps in the Azure Cloud)
- Partner Advisory Service for Healthcare (consultative services to provide deep industry oversight of project delivery for our partners to our global customers)
- Genomics on Azure (alignment and migration of clinical and/or -omics datasets to the Azure Cloud complete with an extensible, customizable environment streamlined with options for secondary and tertiary analytics)

Associate Principal (AVP), Sg2 Consulting

Dedicated strategic advisor, working collaboratively with Sutter Health Ambulatory leadership to champion opportunities and alignment of supply chain and operational savings across the Sutter Foundations, ASCs and Sutter Care at Home (1,800+ facilities). Created an Ambulatory Division-wide dashboard for Sutter Health, tracking opportunities for contract correction and conversion programs within non-acute facilities, as well as compliance and realized savings, while pioneering custom analytic approaches to align data, provide transparency and create meaningful drivers for non-acute optimization.

Executive Director, Strategy & Implementation

Managed enterprise conversation & cross-functional team development across all GE businesses to deliver holistic solutions for healthcare & pharma partners, globally. Projects based on opportunity creation included a $170M Biopark facility in Cork, Ireland, multiple $100M+ hospital construction projects and the development of a pre-fabricated, turnkey outpatient facility, which leverages multiple partners (including DIRTT Environmental Solutions) to build the final customer solution.

OneGE Program Director, Healthcare/Pharma

Functioned as part of the West Zone commercial leadership team for GE Healthcare, working in lock step with the GM to ensure targeted, revenue generating strategies for the sales team. Created care area/service line training & execution strategies around cardiovascular, healthcare market analytics and planning, hospital construction and oncology.

GE Healthcare Commercial Marketing Director

Worked cross-functionally to manage the research relationship with Amgen and represent GEHC in the Supplier Relationship Excellence program. Took on the University of California relationship, system-wide and identified/set up an enterprise services opportunity at the Office of President that yielded $85M in volume revenue through 2022, while also facilitating the development of MSA and CPA agreements across the entire UC system. Developed C-level relationships and delivered strategic plans with agreement from internal and external stakeholders within focus accounts. Overperformed (MBOs at 150% in 2013 & 2014).

GE Healthcare (Life Sciences) Strategic Account Director

Defined the corporate acquisition strategy in conjunction with the company CEO & CSO, based on a novel, NGS-based assay and identified opportunities for commercialization of related genetic tests and diagnostics. Eureka Genomics was acquired by Affymetrix for $15M, achieving the acquisition strategy.
