I approach design and leadership with a human-centered mindset, developing empathy for both the people who create and the people who make use of the products that we help turn into reality. Having a BA in Computer Science Engineering brings a certain nuance to my daily UX/UI tasks. I seek to understand the complexity of development-related aspects of my designs. As Head of the Design department, I thrive to challenge myself and the team to become catalysts of the product development process, to deliver high standard designs that are insight-led, with well-thought UX and diverse visual design. Besides design, I found myself being very passionate about Artificial Intelligence. This led me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Vision and Artificial Intelligence, having the chance to teach Intelligent Systems classes at the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca. I love my work and I am determined to do whatever it takes to make a difference - to build designs that matter for innovative and engaging products that simplify the way people live.
