I'm a passionate UX/UI designer, driven by a natural curiosity to transform complex challenges into accessible solutions. With over five years of experience, my defining trait as a professional is my commitment to a human-centered approach in both design and leadership roles. Currently, as the Head of Design at Linnify, I challenge the team to be key players in the product development process, aiming to deliver high-standard designs that are insight-led, with thoughtful UX and diverse visual design. Looking back, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Technical University, enriched by many years spent volunteering and participating in hackathons. I am deeply thankful for these experiences, as they have given me a distinctive perspective and approach to my daily work. My fascination with Artificial Intelligence led me to pursue a Master's Degree in Vision and Artificial Intelligence. This passion further led me to teach Intelligent Systems classes at the Technical University in Cluj-Napoca. More recently, I've shifted to sharing my knowledge in areas more closely related to my everyday work, having taught a course on UX Research and Linnify's Validation Process to UBB students. I am deeply passionate about my work, which is a significant part of who I am, and I am dedicated to making an impact—designing meaningful solutions for innovative and engaging products that simplify people's lives.
