Responsible for managing the brand across social media; building a community around the product, and driving all on-ground brand activations (BTL activities).

+ Scaled social media presence from 0 to 1, and eventually got verified handles.
+ Setup two level influencer marketing campaigns - one for building brand authority and the other for purely business numbers, generating monthly revenue of INR 20 lac+.
+ Setup and headed the community & BTL activations team. Every single brand activation day brings a daily revenue between INR 25k to 40k based on location.
+ Crafted impactful campaigns and initiatives On-app (product marketing, app, website, CRM campaigns) and Off-app (Digital and Social, Influencer) to drive user acquisition and retention.
+ Setup and headed the entire process of creative execution for all company wide needs. This also helped to bring in brand guidelines adherence across the company.
+ Managed the employer brand on different recruitment handles, especially enabling the brand to close hirings across the board (Phable scaled from <100 to 800+ in 10 months).
+ Hired team members across the different marketing verticals - search, content, copywriters, activations, community and more as we grew from 8 members to 45+ in the marketing team.

Max Life Insurance Company Limited

Responsible for all company social media handles, core team member for on-ground BTL activities (like Max Life Family Run, which happened across multiple cities; campaigns for agents, etc.); supporting ATL campaigns with buzz on social media (eg - IPL partnership, Max Life IPQ campaigns, etc.). Besides these, all digital creative work & agency interactions were handled within our team. 

+ Created social media platform based brand persona, that helped reactivate audience engagement, scale much more rapidly & get verified status for the brand handles.
+ Created social brand strategy in line with the overall company strategy & goals, especially during the initial months of the pandemic with Max Life’s 98.26% claims paid ratio.. This along with other marketing efforts helped achieve highest ever business numbers in FY 20-21  (including 100 Cr+ annual revenue for the digital insurance vertical).
+ Plan, Implement Brand Activations – including influencers, contests, live events, PR, etc.
+ Worked with multiple media platforms and influencers for content & creative integration & branding.
+ Managed, proofread, edited & curated all marketing communications keeping in line with the brand communication guidelines, as well as stringent legal & compliance framework governing the insurance space.

Responsible for setting up user journey workflows across  consumer touch-points (ie omni channel communication workflows) that helped bring higher conversions, new revenues & overall enhanced customer experience.

+ Set-up the entire marketing automation engine for communications across all consumer touchpoints (martech, marcomm) – emails, sms, notifications, etc coupled with smart data flow to call-centres.
+ Responsible for User & Traffic growth, Acquisition, Repeat Rate, Conversion & Customer segmentation for all digital marketing activities
+ Accountable for digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, personalization, traffic & conversion, revenue and overall user experience (measured through NPS & CSAT).
+ Interact with cross-functional teams (tech/support/sales/marketing), understand business objectives and drive end-to-end campaigns to achieve the same.
+ Handled multiple agency partners and internal stakeholders (business, tech, legal/compliance).

At Max Life, I was using Netcore Cloud's Marketing Automation* suite, called Smartech^.

*Marketing Automation (MarTech) consists of omni channel marketing, and is a mix of capabilities of Email marketing, SMS marketing, Onsite Notification, App Notifications (includes features of Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Metrilo, Twilio, PushCrew).

^Smartech product suite lies in the same category as WebEngage, CleverTap, NotifyVisitors, Wingify and to some degree also compares to Salesforce Pardot, Adobe Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Hubspot.

The brand was then fully D2C brand that was focused largely in the US and European markets through the Amazon marketplace; and I was responsible for the entire e-catalogue management of all products across these regional marketplaces. 

+ Managed the e–catalogue and e–commerce business on Amazon
+ It involved search engine optimization (ecommerce SEO) of the entire product catalogue on Amazon marketplaces around the world (.com, .in, .fr, .aus, etc.)

+ Map online journey of users on the website and create user journey workflows across multiple channels and drive customer delight, retention and repeat purchases.
+ Did extensive market research on competitors, industry benchmarks for different channels & helped refine funnel conversion.

What’s so Good about Good Friday?

Today, Christians commemorate and remember the cruxifixction of Jesus Christ. A crown of thorns upon his head to mock him, nails driven through his palms and feet upon a wooden cross. Died for the people He loved. A spotless lamb. Redeemer. 

To our Christian brothers, sisters and friends, a Blessed Good Friday 🙏🏼
