I currently serve as the Associate Director of Career Development at Azusa Pacific University. With nearly a decade of experience working in higher education, I truly have a desire to see students and alumni thrive. Prior to this role, I worked for over 8 years in enrollment management where I was able to produce tens of millions of dollars in tuition revenue for each of the universities that I represented through student recruitment. But, more importantly for me, the positive influence I could be in the lives of the students and families I was serving was my biggest motivation. I am a firm believer in the value of higher education, and I made sure to establish relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication. Going to college is one of the largest financial investments one will ever make in their lifetime, and it was honor to walk alongside each of my students throughout that process. My current role involves student development and helping students and alumni to design their futures. I use strategic thinking and leadership to integrate career development into their academic experience, while also building intentional relationships with employers and community leaders.
