 Managing Cyprus office operation including hands-on management of Cyprus team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth 
 Own, hit and exceed annual/monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. 
 Responsible for selling the company's products on all fronts as guided by the VP of Business Operations. Drive the entire sales-cycle including lead generation to prospect qualification, client acquisition and account management, while consistently delivering on aggressive sales goals.
 Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base globally 
 Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, building long-lasting partnerships
 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations 
 Full responsibility over Finance Magnates Directory department, product and sales 
 Full responsibility over Finance Magnates Directory product: creation of special offers, expanding of customer base, tracking and optimization of site, marketing and SEO, offering and pricing, thinking of new ways to expand it, etc. 
 Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required 
 Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

- Achieving aggressive growth of the Finance Magnates Directory department by an annual 35%
- Annual targets of my FMD team surpassed by 13%
- Expansion of the product, operations, team and reach
