- Partnered with Marketing team to set foot on social networks (Facebook and YouTube). Launched HSBC’s fan page in Facebook and branded channel in Youtube. Defined Social Media strategy, community management policies, tone of voice, metrics and crisis management procedures.

Internet Banking Manager

- Responsible for the development of a new Internet Banking solution for Retail Banking. 
- Introduced two factor authentication with one time password tokens, HSBC being the first bank to launch such security measures in the local market.
- Worked together with the Business and IT teams to articulate the customer-centric vision for this channel, aiming to improve online customer satisfaction, grow revenues and reduce operational costs.
- Designed customer journeys following best practice usability concepts and partnered with Marketing team to develop communication plan for customer launch.
- Ensured compliance with local regulators and Group standards, in liason with Legal and Compliance departments. Also responsible for overseeing operational risk in partnership with Information Security and Fraud teams.
