Assisting in ensuring of consistency and accuracy in document control / monitoring for Quality Assurance Management, including indexes and log files, such as internal audit logs, change control management, distributor quality management, process records, poroduct allergen records.

Working withing Recetion, HR and Accounting departments, on preparation of rosters, attendance / time sheets, contracts, as well as compilling and distributing of newsletters and agendas;
Maintaining the Preventive Maintenance Schedule of demage assets and reporting of any requirements to the maintenance department; also working together with the housekeepers's supervisor to ensure that rooms and conference / public facilities met the expected standards;
Filing of delivery order dockets and researching of orders by requested purchase numbers; 
Filing of reservation documents and preparing of check-in documents to new reservations in an accurate and prompt manner in correspondence of Hotspot's booking information.

As latest, I achieved certificates  with distinctions in all of these: Sage 50 Accounts, MS Office Excel Expert and MS Office Word Expert, although I am qualified Administrator, and have a Diploma in  Personal Organizing as well as I had completed studies in Business and Quality Assurance, with experiences in Retail/Supply Chain,  Hospitality and other sectors yet.
