Execus, Connect to Social Selling

Execus SpA is an innovative SME listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. The firm supports the business development of companies and freelancers through tailored packages of scalable tools and services for B2B lead generation and management through social networks, primarily LinkedIn. In specific, Execus provides digital tools, integrated with LinkedIn, for lead generation and management; consulting services to enhance brand presence on-platform; corporate sales training; and programs aimed at facilitating the integration of modern sales systems.

The founding partners' decades of experience in social selling techniques, combined with a distinctive methodology and a scalable proprietary technology stack, have driven the disruptive growth of Execus from its incorporation in 2019 through to the present day. This growth is evident through the group’s revenue growth, with a CAGR of exceeding 160% between 2019 and 2022, and excellent margins, achieving a consolidated EBITDA of €1.172 million and an approximate 47% consolidated EBITDA margin in 2022.

Execus operates in the Lead Generation Solutions market, which is projected to grow by 17.5% over the next five years from its current value of €2.9 billion. Execus is more precisely situated in the Account Based Marketing segment, which is expected to nearly double in size over the next five years from its current €1.1 billion estimate (Source: Theinsightpartners, Researchandmarkets).

BIOVITAE by Nextsense

Biovitae is the only patented technology in the world that uses a combination of LED frequencies of the visible (non-UV) spectrum that is effective on aerosols and surfaces and can control the proliferation of viruses and bacteria. 

Biovitae's solutions, which are already in demand and used by major multinationals in the aviation and naval transportation, automotive, home appliances, energy, real estate and health care sectors, are easily integrated into all existing lighting systems.

The company, which I co-founded in 2017, was acquired by an Italian family office operating on Venture Capital in May 2023.

Summer internship in the department of Financial Planning and Control at one of the leading Fund & Asset Management companies operating in the Italian Real Estate market.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provided in-depth analyses of current and past trends in key performance indicators.

• Drafted the business plan of one of the company’s real estate funds.

• Prepared and delivered a benchmarking analysis to the board of directors regarding the leading companies operating in the Italian real estate market.

Summer Analyst - Financial Planning and Control

BNY Mellon

9 week program in the department of Internal Audit of the world's largest custodian bank.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Compiled several Audit reports and performed other key day-to-day department activities.

• Prepared and delivered to the department heads a plan to improve the current work-from-home policy.

• Led a Corporate Social Responsibility project to be presented to the CSR Steering Committee.
