BizPlace is a financial advisory firm for innovative startups and SMEs, vertical on the world of venture capital and related services, and a point of reference for the Italian innovation ecosystem.

The company, which I co-founded in 2017, was acquired by an Italian family office operating on Venture Capital in May 2023.

EatsReady is the first startup in Italy to become a meal voucher issuer with the mission to create value for the entire ecosystem by leveraging its technology and innovative business model. The proprietary payment platform and mobile ordering system connects companies, users and operators in the food world.

InvestiRE SGR

Summer internship in the department of Financial Planning and Control at one of the leading Fund & Asset Management companies operating in the Italian Real Estate market.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provided in-depth analyses of current and past trends in key performance indicators.

• Drafted the business plan of one of the company’s real estate funds.

• Prepared and delivered a benchmarking analysis to the board of directors regarding the leading companies operating in the Italian real estate market.

Summer Analyst - Financial Planning and Control

BNY Mellon

9 week program in the department of Internal Audit of the world's largest custodian bank.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Compiled several Audit reports and performed other key day-to-day department activities.

• Prepared and delivered to the department heads a plan to improve the current work-from-home policy.

• Led a Corporate Social Responsibility project to be presented to the CSR Steering Committee.

Summer Analyst - Internal Audit

I am a passionate entrepreneur who believes in the power of innovation and technology, admires the power of ideas and those who have the courage to pursue them.

In 2017 I co-founded my first company, later sold to a family office in 2023. 

In 2019 I launched Ulixes Capital Partners, an investment holding company that now has +70 investors and 27 startups in its portfolio. 

Since 2023, I have been CFO of Execus SpA, a martech company that I recently supported in its listing process on the Italian Stock Exchange and with which I finalised 4 strategic acquisitions, leading the group to exceed 5 million in consolidated turnover.

A big step forward for a Europe that innovates and simplifies.

The European Commission will introduce the 28th regime – EU INC early next year: a new framework to make it easier, clearer, and more consistent to start and run a business across the Union.
