Tier 2: Optimal: Regular coaching along the Capability Maturation model for organizations who want an ongoing accountability partner to guide and grow with them to consistently perform and improve.

Tier 3: Premier: High volume and immediate support from experienced consultants who can manage projects when needed due to increased work volume or decreased internal capacity. This is also a common initial deployment option while the organization learns more about the model and assigns internal team members to run the fraction process with the right fit and capacity.

This role is effectively that of an Integrator as per the EOS book Traction.  Responsible for Accounting, Inside Sales, Inventory, Quality, Operations, HR, IT.  Leadership and loving the team, industry, learning opportunities that every day presents!

Performed the outsourced role of "Integrator" in the style of the Entrepreneur's Operating System as per Traction by Gino Wickman.  This role transitioned into a full time VP role that I currently occupy.  Loving to learn about hops and the craft brewery industry while doing it!

Andrea acted as an Owner’s Representative Project Manager for the Central Utility Plant of Genentech’s Hillsboro Technical Operations facility.  In this project, Andrea successfully managed installation to client turnover of several large mechanical and electrical systems; a scope of over $100MM in capital equipment and service contractors.  In this project, Andrea worked with technical team members, clients, contractors, and other project managers to ensure that all details were completed to the customer’s satisfaction, including one-year warranty remediation for all systems in her scope.
