• Formalized process for budgeting and financial control to ensure project based analytical accounting and positive cash flow

• Secured new Clients through tender processes, commercial activities and contract’s negotiations obtaining increase in Client portfolio and over 500 MW of new capacity

ADLER Solar works

ASW is a JV founded in 2015 with the aim to offer operation and maintenance and technical services for the utility scale solar business in Japan. I played a key role in developing the business, creating and organizing company services, and training employees.

• Defined comprehensive scope of services including technical due diligence, owners engineering and operation and maintenance services
• Managed consulting activities for utility scale solar projects either existing or under development
• Trained employees on services offered to guarantee growth and quality during first years of operation of the Company

YKD is the 50% shareholder of ASW and is a company offering EPC services in the Japanese solar market. In my role as project engineer, I was responsible for project design on several large-scale plants exceeding 200MW, with the primary objective of transferring knowledge to the Japanese team.

• Originated tools to standardize electrical design improving efficiency while assuring quality results to guarantee easier development and efficient operation of power plants
• Promoted design improvements leveraging experience from other Countries introducing new technologies and manufacturers to market

In my role as a project manager, I was responsible for executing large-scale solar projects in various countries across Europe and Asia. Over the years, I successfully managed the construction of multi-MW ground-mounted and rooftop-mounted projects in Italy, China, and Japan leading international and multicultural teams.

• Hired technical team of to offer project’s construction and O&M services in Italy
• Built relationships with local suppliers and service providers in Italy and Japan onboarding main suppliers and construction Companies
• Organized EPC and O&M businesses in 3 Countries developing standardized project management processes
• Managed construction of utility scale projects with analytical cost and time schedule control
• Trained employees for the Chinese subsidiaries on project’s design and construction quality control
• Liaised with international Clients on technical aspects contributing to developing the Company in 2 foreign markets
