Hello! I have over 20 years experience helping people change their lives for the better-it is my life's purpose. I have owned and operated multiple business in the Twin Cities and am passionate about working with kindred spirts in entrepreneurship as they face similar challenges and opportunities. 

As a Certified EOS Implementer® through EOS Worldwide, I help entrepreneurs and leadership teams grow their ideal company by helping them achieve 3 things: Vision, Traction®, and Healthy Teams.  I enjoy coaching and facilitating teams to leverage their human energy and knowledge to find the right business solution. 

As an Outgrow Sales Advisor, I help teams outgrow limiting mindset and beliefs and create proactive revenue growth.

I am a Kolbe certified coach and a fluent Spanish speaker. My Kolbe Index is Fact Finder: 6 Follow Through: 3  Quick Start: 7 Implementor: 4.

The year is 2020. I am a six month old EOS Worldwide Implementer in the middle of a pandemic, grateful to be working with a handful of clients.

Trusting my intuition and following my curiosity, I enroll in the very first virtual Kolbe Corp certification, led by founder Kathy Kolbe. Her wisdom, generosity, genius and leadership is her legacy and I am grateful to have been in her orbit. 

Last week, a handwritten note arrived to mark five years as a Kolbe Certified Consultant. Along with it, a Purple Circle pin.

The note shared appreciation for helping individuals and teams better understand themselves and one another through Kolbe wisdom, and for living the mission of working in alignment with instinctive strengths.

I see this pin as a symbol of honoring instinct. Of cultivating a relationship with yourself rooted in devotion, curiosity, and attention. Of refining your strengths and leadership from the inside out.

My phrase of the year is prosperity in purpose. Reflecting on this time, I can see more clearly that prosperity does not come from pushing harder. It comes from staying aligned with purpose, even when the path is still unfolding or unpopular.

Grateful for the wisdom of Kolbe Corp, the courage of that season, and the clients who trusted me while I was still becoming.

Happy New Year!

Coming back from visiting family and friends out east over the holidays, I spent a day getting exclusive with myself, seeped in my own energy.

Time spent alone is a certainty as we age. And it can be its own quiet pleasure. It’s where we cultivate clarity, creativity, and our deepest passions.

As a coach, I see time and again how relationships, work, leadership get better with this simple commitment to self, to find joy in the solitary moments and get clear on how you intentionally want to spend your time.

If you’re feeling disconnected, it may not be more DOING that you need.
It may be more space to just BE before taking the next step.
