I worked in television for big music shows like The Voice of Germany. Here, I helped build and lead the department responsible for organizing thousands of hours of footage to enable editors to continue working with it. I enriched the marketing department at the Potsdam Graduate School of the University of Potsdam by setting up new processes and structures. I founded the production company co3film with two partners. We produce corporate films and series. I worked at EntoNative GmbH on a founder:inside level. The goal of the startup is to help people save water. The idea is to provide high-quality protein in dog food and treats not through meat, but through insects. Insects are incredibly resource efficient! On the surface, these seem like completely different tasks. In fact, I actually do the same things all the time: I analyze processes, build structures, coach and design strategies. I love building startups as part of a team and creating an impact in the world. I'm currently looking for a new startup where I can do that at founder level. Let's talk.
